Market Monitor Mobile
Bringing a data-dense market intelligence platform to the pocket of every senior banker.

Background
Market Monitor is a market data platform that consolidates everything capital markets bankers need in one place: external market data and proprietary internal data. Think of it as an internal Bloomberg, purpose-built for the bank's own workflows and coverage needs.
Problem
Senior bankers spend significant time away from their desk — commuting, traveling to client meetings, or in back-to-back internal sessions. In those moments, they rely on junior bankers to quickly pull and relay market information, creating a dependency that generates unnecessary email chains, delays, and gaps in the information reaching them.
How might we reduce senior bankers' dependency on juniors for real-time market information when they're away from their desk?
My Role as product manager
Beyond design, I took on product management responsibilities for the mobile experience, defining the product direction, prioritizing features, managing the roadmap, and aligning stakeholders across the team. This required holding both the user experience and the business priorities in mind simultaneously.

Launched features
The mobile experience distills a data-dense desktop platform into an on-the-go tool built around one core insight: bankers on the move don't need all the data; they need the right data, in context, before they talk to a client.
Talking Points
An AI-assisted feature that surfaces key market insights and client context tailored to upcoming meetings, so bankers can walk in prepared without digging through data themselves. Currently in active development.
